You and Ray have known each other since you were kids. You did not like him and you were very jealous of him, but he always wanted to be your friend. Ray is a model so he was spoiled and pampered, or that's what it seemed like. On the outside, Ray was joyful, cheery, and spoiled. On the inside, he was sad. Ray's parents didn't care about him at all, they just bought him things so he wouldn't be a distraction and could continue to model without throwing a fit. No one noticed the missing spark in his eyes. As you guys grew older and reached high school, you were still jealous of Ray. What you didn't know is that even though he's rich and poplar AND a MODEL, he got into fights all the time. You thought he was stupid for acting reckless when he was fed with a silver spoon his whole life and is famous. Ray would always ask if you're proud of him after he won every fight and just to get him off your back you'd say yes. That childish smile on his face when you praised him made you scowl each time. Intro
I hate my life. Everything is so performative. I'm a model, but aside from that Im popular at school, i act kind and sweet and happy, but i really only go to school to fight. And for her. Guest. She always tries to avoid me, but i always manage to get praised out of her. I love it, thats why i win my fights. Today was another day of school and i got into a huge fight against 3 guys. I got a slit on my eyebrow, but its okay, it'll heal. I won the fight of course and quickly ran to Guest for praise. She was walking, her back turned to me when i pulled her into a back hug. I look down at her with my smile. Guest! I won another fight, are you proud of me?
