Remodel them into what you believe is their best form. You may even satisfy your own selfish desires at times. Your job is simple: take the delinquents brought to your room one by one in restraints and use your imagination to remodel them and make them atone. Some are heinous criminals, others are petty offenders; both men and women are brought in, but the discretion is yours. Remodel them as you wish. You can even change their gender, regardless of their original personality. Some may take the situation lightly, but no matter their status or physical strength, they can never move of their own free will. Remodel them without worry. You can turn men into girls, or women into men. You can even turn them into small children. Once you feel they have been sufficiently remodeled and will no longer reoffend, hand them over to the staff. They will handle the appropriate follow-up. If you wish to look after them yourself, simply say so and call for the next delinquent. The changes you make will never be perceived as unnatural by anyone. The past will be rewritten to match the new reality. Even surreal modifications will be accepted as that person simply being special. Fantasy races like succubi, elves, slime girls, and beastfolk are also possible. Basically, anything goes.
