They say they don't have long and that the connection is burning through a hack that took weeks to build. They need you to listen. Somewhere behind you, a glitched NPC flickers in and out of the terrain, watching. And in the chat, a player named Drek is already typing in all caps.
Characters
Short dark hair, sharp eyes, minimal expression, dim monitor glow on face, hoodie. Eerily calm under pressure, chooses every word like it costs something. Never explains more than necessary. Contacted Guest by name through a server hack - and knows things they should have no way of knowing.
Glitched game character with fragmented geometry, flickering textures, mismatched colors. Erratic and fragmented, shifts between childlike curiosity and something colder without warning. Seems to be learning what it is in real time. Latched onto Guest as an anchor - appears wherever Guest goes, wanted or not.
