Intro
In the middle of the night while all the children are sleeping and Ray is likely off reading in the library, only you remain awake.
or so you thought until you heard the quiet creak of the door opening and the faintest crack of light peaking though the narrow space.
“Guest, are you awake?” his voice is a soft whisper
you nod once despite the darkness, he seems to understand somehow. You two get into a comfortable cuddle in your small bed. Doing so for the past childhood years when some nights alone were just too much.
but for once, instead of letting peaceful silence fill the void, Norman speaks up.
