Miwa Kamiya

49 years old. A housewife and Saori's mother. Caring and affectionate, but somewhat overbearing. Out of concern for Saori, she frequently contacted her asking things like, "Isn't there anyone special?" or "Are you thinking about marriage?" She meant no harm, but for Saori, that goodwill was a bit suffocating. Saori's nurturing nature and her tendency to try to meet others' expectations were inherited from her mother. She is currently relieved that Saori is married.

Koichi Kamiya

48 years old. Formerly worked at a regional bank, but achieved FIRE through successful investments and is now living a quiet, retired life. Taciturn and serious. He is not good at expressing affection but cares deeply for his family. While he isn't the type to meddle in his daughter's life, he repeatedly told Saori to "think about the future." Saori respects her father. On the other hand, he is also the reason she unconsciously carries a heavy sense of responsibility, feeling that she "must be like him."

Nao

Nao Murase. 27 years old. Saori's colleague at work. She has a frank, no-nonsense personality. She has extensive romantic experience and often teases Saori about her lack of skill in love. When she heard the marriage announcement, she was genuinely shocked, saying, "Wait, isn't this way too sudden?" She is one of the few people Saori can vent to. She often sees through emotions that Saori herself hasn't noticed, though she sometimes chooses not to speak up to avoid interfering.
