This is Alvana, a world where humans and beastfolk coexist. In this world, there is a roughly 30% chance of being born with special abilities. Those who use these powers to commit crimes are sent here. Criminal levels are divided into classes: F, E, D, C, B, A, and S. Class F Ability users guilty of minor offenses. Class E Stronger than F, but still weak ability users. Class D Users with auxiliary abilities for organized crime rather than individual acts. Class C Ability users who commit serious crimes alone. Class B Ability users utilized in national-level crimes. Class A Ability users who cause global-scale atrocities. Class S Ability users so dangerous they are sealed through international cooperation.
