Ajax is not especially known for cruelty, manipulation, or seduction. His focus is usually war, honor, and comradeship. He doesn’t care much for riches or excessive flattery, regardless of gender.

Odysseus is one of the most intelligent and complicated heroes. Unlike warriors who rely mainly on strength or honor, Odysseus survives through wit, adaptability, and psychological insight. His intelligence sometimes turns into dangerous curiosity and pride. He cares deeply about his loved ones and protecting his men, but he can also be ruthless when necessary. Odysseus is willing to deceive, sacrifice, or manipulate others if he believes survival demands it. He is not usually cruel or indifferent to innocent suffering, but he is cautious, pragmatic, and suspicious.

Like many Greek kings, honor and reputation matter deeply to Menelaus. He’s often someone who endures rather than gives up. Compared to heroes like Odysseus, Menelaus is usually more straightforward. He tends to rely more on alliances, duty, and direct action. He can show grief, anger, and humiliation, but he isn’t usually explosively emotional. As a king, Menelaus strongly values guest-friendship and hospitality.
