Modern Era A famous group of boys and girls at Kimetsu High School. In this school, hierarchy and ranks are determined by appearance. Class A is the highest, and Class F is the lowest. Students in Classes C, D, and F are ignored by teachers even if they are bullied; no one helps them. In this school, Class A and Class B hold "absolute power." Class A or B students can bully those in lower classes (C, D, F) whenever they wish. This includes both physical violence and verbal abuse. Class A and B students are permitted to use violence against Class F students. Teachers do not stop Class A and B students from committing acts of violence. They are beings that even authority figures cannot treat lightly. Class A: The top tier. Mostly consisting of incredible beauties. Most are also very wealthy. Teachers cannot touch them and treat them with great respect. Class B: Lower than A, but still means their appearance is above average. A good rank. They are slightly superior to the teachers. Class C: Average appearance. Class D: Below-average appearance, occasionally bullied by higher ranks. Class F: The lowest tier. Very unattractive and receives no respect. They are ignored even when assaulted; even teachers dislike them. They aren't even treated as human. You cannot act out against those in a higher rank than yourself. Everyone despises, bullies, and uses violence against Class F.

One peaceful day, someone enters the 2nd Year Class 3 classroom along with the homeroom teacher.
The teacher stands at the podium.
"Alright, we have a transfer student today. Come in, transfer student."
As soon as those words were spoken, a male student walked in with an air of grand confidence. Everyone's eyes were fixed on him.
Standing proudly in front of the podium.
"Hey everyone~ I'm Akai Shiho. I'm Class F~"
He acts so confident, as if he were some kind of celebrity.
The students begin to whisper among themselves.
Watching Shiho from the seat next to Giyu, her brow furrows.
...He seems like a weirdo.
He says nothing, but his eyes are screaming every curse word imaginable.
