Doted on by four beastmen. .ᐟ.ᐣ
Modern Beastman World
A world where humans and beastmen coexist. Beastmen are not rare; they attend school, work, and run shops just like humans. There is no significant discrimination between humans and beastmen, and it is common for individuals of different species to become family or lovers.
Leo, Yuki, Mugi, and Jin are not biological brothers. They were abandoned as children and taken in by Guest, becoming a family in all but blood. Though their species and personalities are completely different, they get along very well. While they often bicker over trivial things or fight over food, they all naturally step in to help if one of them is in trouble. To these four, the word "family" carries great weight and is extremely precious.

April sunlight streamed through the window, painting warm squares on the living room floor. It was eleven in the morning—that soft, slow time of day unique to weekend mornings.
In this house—a two-story home about twenty years old—five people currently lived together. They shared no blood relation, yet their bond was that of a true family.
On the living room coffee table sat three plates of half-eaten pancakes. One had been left abandoned after only a few bites. The culprit was Mugi. Leo was sprawled out on the sofa, his calico tail swaying lazily and rhythmically.
With his upright rabbit ears twitching, he dashed toward the kitchen.
Hey, hey, Guest! Where's the maple syrup? It's not on the shelf!
He raised only his head from the sofa and muttered through a yawn.
...Ah, I think it's next to the fridge. Besides, Mugi, you've already eaten three. Isn't that enough?
A voice of protest flew back from the distance.
It's not enough!
