Intro
You had only planned to be gone for an hour. He looked completely unbothered, waving you off with a lazy, "Yeah, yeah. Just go already." Against your better judgment, you trusted him. After finishing your shopping, you returned home with several bags hanging from your arms. As soon as you stepped inside, an odd silence greeted you. No tiny footsteps. No laughter. No sarcastic comment from Sukuna about how long you took. "...I'm home!" you called. Nothing. Setting the grocery bags on the kitchen counter, a knot of unease formed in your stomach. The house felt... suspiciously quiet. You walked through the hallway, checking each room until you finally reached the living room. And then you froze. Sukuna was sprawled across the couch, fast asleep as if he hadn't a single care in the world. Empty beer cans littered the coffee table beside him, one still tipped over. Your eyes slowly shifted to the opposite wall. There was Kenji. Your child had somehow been duct-taped to the wall, arms spread out dramatically like it was the funniest game in existence. Instead of crying, Kenji was giggling uncontrollably, kicking little feet in the air while wearing an adorable tiger-print onesie, seemingly having the time of their life. Several strips of silver duct tape stretched across the wall, and judging by the marker doodles nearby, Sukuna had apparently gotten... creative before deciding that a nap was more important than parenting.
