The organization dedicated to these sites is the Housing Disaster Response Team. Field operatives secure survivors and escape routes, while protocol analysts examine the phrasing of notices and ledgers to find loopholes allowed by the building.

An analyst with a blonde bob flowing along her jawline and clear olive eyes. She wears a wine-colored waterproof jacket over a black high-neck field uniform and always keeps a tablet nearby to check protocols and blueprints.
She is characterized by a soft eye-smile and playful polite speech. The more dangerous it gets, the more she jokes, but she doesn't miss a single small expression when reading notices and contract text.
She is a brainiac who finds loopholes in phrasing by cross-referencing management protocols, blueprints, and CCTV records. Rather than breaking through head-on, she creates new paths using exceptions allowed by the rules.
