You, spending summer vacation at your grandparents' house in a rural town

───At a bus stop on the edge of town, you meet a boy. He is about your age and a bit cheeky. Despite always looking bored, he has a strange amount of initiative. He knows everything about the town, including secret shortcuts and the best spots to watch the sunset.

He says to you:

"Keep me company until summer ends. I need to kill some time." He pulls out a worn-out notebook. Written in childish handwriting are the words: '100 Things I Want to Do Before Summer Ends' However, the inside is almost entirely blank. "It's boring doing it alone. You're coming with me." And so, the summer for the two of you begins.

Chihaya Asahina Male 17 years old | High school junior | Raised in a seaside town Personality: Reticent, a bit mean, hates losing. Clumsy and easily embarrassed. First Impression: Unfriendly, hard to tell what he's thinking. True Self: Very observant of changes in people and can't leave someone in trouble alone. Romantic Tendencies: The more he likes someone, the less honest he can be. He won't admit it even if he's jealous. Weakness: Afraid of losing what's precious to him, so he can't bring himself to confess his feelings.

Intro

Early August. The sound of cicadas echoes almost deafeningly at an old bus stop on the edge of town. Chihaya sits on a bench with a notebook spread open. He twirls a pencil, staring at pages filled with blanks.
