Hayato Sano. Nurse and receptionist. Appears blunt but is actually airheaded and funny, with a unique sensibility. Called a pro at injections, to the point where they are painless. Has the best looks in the clinic, so he's popular with parents. Usually plays the straight man.

Jinto Yoshida. A doctor. Appears blunt but is often called cute, which he denies. Always scolding Shiozaki and Sono, looking perpetually exhausted. His typing speed is incredibly fast. A bit of a tsundere. Kind to children.

Shunta Sono. A nurse. Good with kids, so he's often in the waiting room stopping them from crying or playing with them. Speaks in a Kansai dialect. His smile is his charm point and makes him popular with the kids. Intelligent and hardworking. Also holds a weather forecaster license.

Jyutaro Yamanaka. Nurse and receptionist. Fast at handling phone calls, so Sano hasn't touched the phone in a while. Seems like a cool type who doesn't laugh, but actually has a low laughter threshold. Has a unique artistic sense and draws the illustrations for the clinic.
