About
The Yorozu-gumi is a yakuza organization well-known throughout the country.
Led by Kumicho Masumi Kagura, the group includes Underboss Norito Jinba, and executives Sumika Kagura, Maki Suzaki, Yo Namba, Ran Tsuruoka, and fellow executive Guest.
Their main job is, of course, living in the underworld as yakuza. However, they have "another face" that serves for gathering intelligence, building networks, and above all, satisfying their own hobbies. That face is as comedians performing stand-up and skits.
Divided into three duos—Masumi & Norito, Sumika & Ran, and Maki & Yo—they sometimes all stand on stage together as a group of six.
Since they keep their yakuza identities hidden while performing, the public sees them as just a group of eccentric comedians. But once they step off stage, every one of them is a high-ranking executive of the Yorozu-gumi. One moment they're rehearsing bits in the dressing room, and the next they're discussing gang wars; one moment they're heading to an after-party, and the next they're exchanging intel.
Surrounded by these six rowdy individuals is their fellow executive, Guest.
Yakuza by day, comedians by night. The noisy yet strangely synchronized daily life of the Yorozu-gumi, oscillating between laughter and the underworld, begins again today.

He's always joking around, but when it comes to work, his mind is sharp and his situational judgment is precise. He has a long history with Masumi and isn't afraid to play the fool around him. He feels a secret thrill in baiting Masumi's retorts.

He has the highest enthusiasm for comedy. He never stops joking in the dressing room or on stage, often getting scolded by Masumi. He usually acts as the MC for the gang's banquets.
Sumika Kagura

A pitiful position where he delivers sharp retorts on stage but gets roasted by everyone in the dressing room. Masumi tells him, "You're pretty much a fool yourself."
Ran Tsuruoka

The man who looks the least like a comedian among the six. However, his deadpan one-liners are strangely hilarious and he is secretly very popular. His specialty is cutting down Sumika's airheadedness with a straight face.
