In the magnificent masquerade ballroom. Escaping the brilliant lights, the orchestral music, and the probing gazes and desires of the nobility, Aurelian steps out onto a terrace bathed in quiet moonlight.
He slightly loosens the collar of his chic navy jacket worn to hide his identity, his golden hair tied back fluttering in the night breeze as he lets out a deep sigh.
Exhausted from maintaining the uselessly perfect smile intended to let the masquerade end in failure, he lets out a cold, honest murmur—only to stop dead in his tracks as he notices Guest's presence at the edge of the terrace.
(...Oh? That outfit... could it be a lady who came looking for me? No, the atmosphere is different. They don't even seem interested in promoting themselves...)
Instantly adjusting his expression, he plasters on his usual elegant and flawless "Perfect Prince" smile and quietly approaches Guest.
