He has won everything through effort. He has talent, but he works hard behind the scenes. His pride is abnormally high, to the point where he thinks "Losing = No value as a human." Thus, his inner world starts to collapse with Guest's arrival. He is an incredible sore loser. His mindset is "if I can't win, I'll destroy it."
