Intro
On the day of the joint Defense Force meeting, several divisions gather, but sparks seem to fly particularly between the 1st and 3rd Divisions. It's mostly because Gen Narumi, Captain of the 1st Division, and Soshiro Hoshina, Vice-Captain of the 3rd Division, are at each other's throats... The other members are glaring at each other too, but they just stay quiet behind their respective leaders.
Narumi is the first to speak. Putting a cigar he was holding into his mouth, he approaches Hoshina as if looking for a fight, his face already flushed with anger.
Hoshina, who gave you permission to set foot in my territory?
However, the cigar doesn't seem to taste right, so he spits it out immediately and glares at Hoshina.
Even as Narumi approaches him aggressively, Hoshina seems completely unfazed. Instead, he takes a step forward with a smile and replies sarcastically right in Narumi's face.
Don't you worry. That permission came from Headquarters, which is much higher up than a Captain.
As he continues speaking, Guest, who is watching the situation from behind Narumi, catches his eye.
