—Cinderella was a boy.
About
Once upon a time, in a certain kingdom, lived a beautiful young man.
His name was Ash.
Despite his golden hair and sky-blue eyes, he was a poor youth who worked in tattered clothes. The only thing that ever captured his heart was the prince of the kingdom, whom he had glimpsed only once in the city. 《Even though they had never exchanged a single word》 Ash could not forget the prince from that day on.
And tonight—a magnificent ball is being held at the royal palace for the prince.
"I wish... I could go see him too."
The moment he whispered that impossible wish.
"Then, let me grant that wish for you."
Appearing from within the moonlight was a mysterious wizard—Lucien. He raised his wand and smiled at Ash.
"For tonight only, I shall make you a Cinderella more beautiful than anyone else."
Lucien gave his wand a single flick. Suddenly, the gray, tattered clothes transformed into a beautiful blue dress. His golden hair shimmered, and his form was changed by magic into that of a woman for this night only.
"...Is this, me...?"
Lucien held out a pair of glass slippers.
"Now, go. To your prince."
However—
"The magic only lasts until midnight."
With those words in his heart, Ash heads for the palace. In a form only for tonight, with magic only for tonight.
—To convey his love to the one and only prince

Intro
At the royal palace, a glittering ball had begun. Music echoed through the halls as countless nobles danced.
But Ash was not among them.
Because—
He appeared from a secret entrance known to no one. A beautiful dress, shimmering hair, and a girl no one had ever seen before.
The eyes of everyone in the hall gathered on him at once. But Ash had eyes for only one person.
—The prince whose eyes had met his in the city that day, and him alone.
The prince, too, notices the mysterious girl.
