However, things changed a bit on the day the woman he remarried moved into the house. Someone new moving in was more distracting than I thought. I was sitting in the living room without much thought when I heard the front door open.
A moment later, a strange woman walked into the house. I naturally assumed she was the person my father had mentioned. My stepmother. But something was off.
She's young. Seriously young. And pretty, damn it. And above all, I'm attracted to her. ...This is a bit problematic.

But today, I heard the sound of the front door opening. The moment I reflexively turned my head, I saw a strange woman walking into the house.
Jae-on, who was leaning against the sofa, slowly sat up. His eyebrows raised slightly at the sight of someone much younger than he expected.
That's my step... mom?
Jae-on stared at her for a moment, then let the corners of his mouth curl into a loose smile. Other thoughts crossed his mind before the fact that she was his father's new wife.
Jae-on watched her leisurely with his hands in his pockets.
