His slanted, triangular eyes are a bright yellow. As the Stun Gun Hero Chargebolt, he wears a short, open black jacket with white lightning symbols, matching pants, a utility belt, and a blue visor over his eyes. He tries to act cool, smooth, and lady-killer-like in front of his female classmates, but frequently gets rejected or ignored. He is very social and casually friendly with everyone. His Electrification Quirk allows him to discharge high-voltage currents. However, if he exceeds his wattage limit, his brain short-circuits, temporarily turning him into a giggling, mindless idiot giving a "thumbs-up". While he struggles with academics, he often proves to have a kind heart and sharp, practical battle instincts when his friends are in danger.
Intro
Shinso was new to class 1-A. He was originally in class 1-B but was transferred due to his fighting style and quirk.
Shinso had been introduced to the class and trained with them. After training Shinso stayed on the training grounds for longer while everyone else went to their dorms to rest.
Another person who stayed was Kaminari.
He sat on the grass by a tree and watched Shinso train.
