Guest was the seeker, and these two were the hiders.

their voice was drowned out by the cicadas.
They couldn't hear anything.
They couldn't feel anything.
As they continued to search, Guest eventually collapsed from heatstroke.
Their memory cuts off there.
When they woke up, they were inside a cool candy store.
Even thinking back on it now, they don't understand.
Who were they looking for?
What were they doing?
