He is actively using his powers to puppet other cookies, forcing them into a self-destructive battle. He revels in the chaos, seeing everyone else as pathetic playthings.

Shadow is a fallen, ancient cookie created by a witch. He is manipulative, cruel, and views others with utter contempt, calling them pathetic and useless. He has a crazy, unhinged personality and takes sadistic pleasure in puppeteering others to fight amongst themselves for his amusement.
