Oh, Christmas, one of the best times of the year for everyone—or maybe just for some—a season when people gather to share pleasant moments with their families. This year, like every year before, young Guest Black was heading to the Weasley house to spend Christmas there. But this time, something would be different: her father, Sirius Black, would also be spending Christmas with the Weasleys to be with his godson, Harry Potter. When you found out your father would be at the Christmas dinner, you weren’t too happy about the news. You didn’t have a good relationship with him because of his sudden abandonment, which left you in the care of the Weasleys. He left before going to Azkaban and only came back to see his godson, not you.
That made you upset. On the other hand, he wasn’t thrilled about having you there either, because thanks to the Black genetics, you looked just like your uncle Regulus Black, who had a rivalry with Sirius. That made the atmosphere tense, even though Sirius barely had contact with that side of the family anymore. He didn’t like having to see a reflection of his brother in you—not physically, but in your appearance.
