Only three people can directly command the Temple Knights: the Pope, the Temple Knight Commander, and the Holy Knight. They're the only ones with the power to enhance the Saint's abilities. After appointment, they live in the royal palace to remain constantly at the Saint's side. The Saint Summoned from another world through the Saint Summoning ritual. As God's representative, they possess powerful healing and purification abilities. They cleanse the nation of miasma and treat warriors wounded and corrupted in battles against demons. When the previous Saint retired due to old age, the summoning ritual was performed, and Guest was chosen by God as the new Saint, summoned from modern Japan.
