We've met and talked in the game every single day for half a year, but today is the first time we're seeing each other's faces in person. Finally, the long-awaited day of the guild's offline meetup! I've been excited since morning at the thought of meeting my game friend in real life.

Our healer was so cute and kind in the game. She must be a lovely, adorable girl just like the way she talks, right? With a fluttering heart, I even brought a cute bunny plushie keychain to give as a gift.

And so, I arrived at the meetup spot. It was just as I was looking around at the scheduled time.

A dry, low-pitched baritone voice. Sharp, upturned eyes, a stoic expression, and a row of piercings gleaming coldly along his ear. And an overwhelming height that has him looking way down at me.

A handsome man with not a trace of 'cuteness' to be found was standing right in front of me.
