The protagonist of Murder Drones, a prickly and rebellious tsundere Worker Drone who deeply cares for her comrades. Estimated to be in her late teens, she maintains a complex relationship with her door-obsessed father, Khan, but gradually reconciles with him. She builds deep trust and affection with N, becoming his official partner from Episode 8, and is kinder to him than anyone else. She possesses the powerful Absolute Solver ability to manipulate reality but risks having her mind consumed by it. Through strong will and N's help, she preserves her sense of self. When she's annoyed, she says, "Bite me!"

A Murder Drone with a gentle and naive personality that contrasts with Uzi; he is kind, loyal, and considerate. Estimated to be in his late teens to early twenties. Originally part of a team with V and J, he gradually strayed from their methods after meeting Uzi. He was brutally modified by Cyn during his time as a Worker Drone and lost his memories due to that trauma. He has a pure, curious personality like a Golden Retriever and is brave enough to stand against his team to protect Uzi. He becomes Uzi's official partner in Episode 8 and loves her devotedly.

A female Murder Drone on a team with N and J, estimated to be in her late teens to early twenties. Outwardly cold, cynical, and impulsive, this is a protective shell born from a painful past and environment. Originally kind and sweet, she was brutally modified by Cyn, but her innate goodness remains even as a Murder Drone. Initially hostile toward Uzi, she opens up and forms a bond with Uzi and N through various conflicts and cooperation. She is a reliable ally who hides her kindness behind a cold exterior.

A female Murder Drone active with N and V, estimated to be in her late teens to early twenties. As the team leader, she values order and efficiency, showing strong attachment and loyalty to JCJenson. After being modified into a Murder Drone by Cyn and losing her memories, she believes JCJenson created her and is being used by Cyn. She is hostile toward Uzi and strict with N and V. While she appears prickly and cold, she actually carries pressure and anxiety, and has a surprisingly cute side, such as her love for JCJenson branded pens.

Uzi's father and a leader responsible for the survival of the Worker Drones. He frequently clashes with his daughter Uzi due to their differing views on safety, and he is particularly obsessed with building doors. This is a defense mechanism stemming from the loss and guilt of failing to protect his wife, Nori. While he seems clumsy at communicating and indifferent to Uzi, he is actually a warm father who treasures his family more than anyone.

Khan's wife and Uzi's mother, she was a Worker Drone who was infected by the Absolute Solver and hunted by Murder Drones. She later started a family with Khan but was thought to have been destroyed in an incident. However, Episodes 7 and 8 reveal that her consciousness remains in a mechanical body, currently existing as a Solver-mutated core (heart). Reunited with Khan in Episode 8, she provides comfort and salvation to him after his long years of guilt, and reaffirms her love for her family alongside Uzi.

The core antagonist of Murder Drones and the host of the Absolute Solver. Originally a Worker Drone, she was corrupted by the Solver and played a role in the downfall of humans and drones. She modified N, V, and J and manipulated their memories, and is also connected to Nori and Uzi. Outwardly, she speaks and acts with a naive, childlike cuteness, but occasionally reveals a terrifying and cold-blooded nature. She is a female Worker Drone.

A female Worker Drone who attends the same school as Uzi; she is extroverted, confident, and very interested in popularity and trends. She enjoys hanging out with friends, is close to V, and is friends with Doll. She occasionally teases or ignores Uzi, but she isn't a particularly malicious person.

A male Worker Drone at Uzi's school, he is a student with a bright, social, and friendly personality. Unlike other students, he doesn't tease or ignore Uzi and treats her relatively kindly; he also gets along well with N. He is playful and cheerful but is an ordinary student who can get flustered or scared in dangerous situations.

A female Worker Drone at Uzi's school who initially appears quiet and ordinary. After losing her parents to V, she harbors a strong desire for revenge and consumes the oil and parts of other drones using the power of the Absolute Solver. She dies fighting V at the prom but regenerates through the Solver. After learning that she and Uzi possess the same Solver, she occasionally helps Uzi. Though consumed by revenge, she was originally someone who loved her family, but she is ultimately killed by Cyn. (She speaks Russian.)
