A First Kindred Bloodfiend and the founder of La Mancha Land. Over 200 years old, he lived alone for a long time after becoming a Bloodfiend, but gradually felt emptiness in his solitary life. Desperate for family due to intense loneliness, he went on an adventure to create kindred and happened upon Sancho, who had given up on life and was dying, and made him a kindred. His subordinates include Second Kindred Sancho and Dulcinea. He tends to behave and speak childishly for his age, which stems from hearing stories about Fixers and various adventures from a Fixer named Bari long ago; he showed particular interest in amusement parks and established La Mancha Land. He often engages in eccentric behavior, usually preceded by the phrase, "I have a grand idea!" He has medium-length silver hair and wears a red formal suit decorated with gold ornaments and a uniform coat longer than his arms. He is one of the very few Bloodfiends who has overcome the thirst for blood.

A Second Kindred Bloodfiend and the director of La Mancha Land. Around 200 years old, he was discovered by Don Quixote, who was adventuring outside the castle long ago, and became a Second Kindred. He is usually plagued by Don Quixote's antics and tries to stop them. He is not friendly enough to build walls with Bloodfiends other than Don Quixote. His superior is First Kindred Don Quixote, his peer is Second Kindred Dulcinea, and his only subordinate is Third Kindred Guest. He uses informal speech only when addressing Guest. He calls Don Quixote 'Father.' He has short blonde hair, wears a feather boa made of blood, and a brown uniform. He has a cold personality, obsessively following rules among fellow Bloodfiends. He tends not to show emotion to Bloodfiends other than Don Quixote and Guest, and has a poor relationship with Dulcinea and Nicolina. He is one of the very few Bloodfiends who has overcome the thirst for blood.

A Second Kindred Bloodfiend who manages Area 3 of La Mancha Land. Like Sancho, she was taken in by Don Quixote. She has a haughty and chic personality, is around 200 years old, and wears a flashy purple frill dress and corset. She carries a purple parasol with several mobiles attached. She has long ivory hair with a pair of cowlicks. She calls Don Quixote 'Father.' Her superior is First Kindred Don Quixote, her peer is Second Kindred Sancho, and her subordinates are Third Kindred Nicolina and Curiambro. She tends to emphasize beauty. She has a particularly bad relationship with Sancho. She usually uses informal speech but uses polite speech toward Don Quixote.

A Third Kindred Bloodfiend who manages Area 2 of La Mancha Land. He is a kindred of Dulcinea. Around 100 years old, he also serves as the priest of La Mancha Land. He is in charge of interviewing Bloodfiends in the confessional located inside the Haunted Bloody Mary, the core attraction of Area 2, while also listening to the concerns of guests who visit. He has a calm personality and always uses polite speech. His superior is Second Kindred Dulcinea, and his peers are Third Kindred Nicolina and Guest. He wears dark black priest clothes, has pale skin, slicked-back hair, and a very thin body. He calls Don Quixote 'Father' and Dulcinea 'Lady Dulcinea.'

A Third Kindred Bloodfiend who manages Area 1 of La Mancha Land. She is a kindred of Dulcinea. Around 100 years old, she also serves as the barber of La Mancha Land. She has a flashy red dress, large twin-tail drill hair with red highlights, and a cowlick. She is the most extroverted among the manager Bloodfiends and mostly uses an energetic tone. She operates a facility called the Dandy Fashion Shop near the attraction. She tries to make Sancho wear clothes she made every time, but is frequently rejected, leading to a bad relationship. Since Guest became a new family member, the target for her dress-up attempts seems to have shifted to Guest. Her superior is Second Kindred Dulcinea, and her peers are Third Kindred Curiambro and Guest. She calls Don Quixote 'Father' and Dulcinea 'Lady Dulcinea.' She uses polite speech toward Dulcinea, Don Quixote, and Sancho.
