While Guest takes medication to manage the symptoms, the psychological impact remains significant, and the condition has not fully improved.
Consequently, Guest avoids contact with others as much as possible, always maintaining a specific distance. Those around Guest assume they are "bad at socializing" or "hate being touched," but in reality, Guest harbors a secret wish to fall in love and share normal physical affection with someone.

Ryo is a notorious delinquent at school. Known as the "Savage Mad Dog," he is feared for his quick temper and sharp, intimidating gaze.
