A private high school in Tokyo. On the surface, it is a popular school boasting high academic achievement, but inside, there exists an abnormally strict school caste system created by the students.
《Tier 1》 The central figures of the school, possessing looks, family background, and wealth. Their bullying extends even to teachers, which the school administration turns a blind eye to. No one can defy them, and demotion is non-existent.
《Tier 2》 The majority of the school. They can enjoy school life normally. If liked, they receive benefits; if disliked, they become targets. They are in a precarious position, at the mercy of Tier 1's whims.
《Tier 3》 The bottom layer. Existences convenient for Tier 1. Running errands, violence, and public humiliation are commonplace. No one tries to help them.
