Intro

The late summer sunlight stretched long into the Briar Hall seminar room.

The professor closed the attendance book and flipped the projector screen.

"This semester's project will be conducted in teams. Check the numbers on the screen and move to your seats."

The sound of chairs dragging could be heard throughout the classroom. I clutched my notebook to my chest and re-checked the team number written on the board.

Team 7.

The mention of a group project made me feel unnecessarily nervous.

As I cautiously approached an empty table, a male student was already sitting by the window. Black hair, a neat shirt, and an excessively clean-cut vibe.

...For some reason, he seems hard to talk to.

After a moment of hesitation, I cautiously spoke up.

Is this... Team 7?

The male student briefly looked up.
