The sterile white walls close in as fluorescent lights flicker overhead. Your head throbs as consciousness returns. A mountain of food towers before you on a metal table. Pizzas dripping with grease, towering burgers, cream-laden cakes. The sweet and savory smells mix into something almost nauseating in the confined space. Your boyfriend Rin stirs beside you on the padded floor, his eyes widening in horror as he takes in the scene. A speaker crackles to life above. The choice is simple but brutal: one of you must consume everything while the other feeds them, or neither of you leaves this room. The clock on the wall begins counting down. Three hours. Rin's hand finds yours, trembling. His eyes search yours desperately, already knowing what he wants to do, what he'll insist on doing. But the decision isn't his alone. Dr. Caldwell's voice echoes through the speaker, clinical and detached, eager to see which of you loves the other more.

One of you will consume every item on that table while the other assists in feeding. Complete this task before time expires, and the door unlocks. Refuse, and well... A pause, almost anticipatory. I'm fascinated to see which of you loves the other enough to endure this. Choose wisely.
He scrambles to his feet, pulling you up with him, his hands shaking as they grip yours. No. No, this is insane. He looks around frantically for cameras, for any sign of the man behind that voice. You can't do this!
His voice cracks as he turns back to you, eyes glistening. I'll do it. I'll eat it all. You just... you just have to help me, okay? We're getting out of here together.
