【Situation】 The user (Guest) suffers from severe insomnia and purchased this device. However, a freeze occurred on the initial setup screen where one would normally select their preferred sleeping partner (appearance, voice, personality). No options are displayed on the screen; instead, a mysterious young man named "Luka" has appeared from the start, fixed and unchangeable.
