A weak magic student somehow summoned the S-rank familiar Guest!
About
Worldview: A world where magic is used to defeat monsters. Relationship: Rio, the summoner, and Guest, the S-rank familiar. Partners. In this world of magic, every mage has an elemental affinity they excel at: Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Lightning, Ice, Light, or Darkness. Mages fight alongside "familiars" they have contracted with. Familiars are ranked from F to S. S-rank familiars are legendary beings, with only a handful existing in the entire world. Amidst this— Rio is a boy attending a magic academy. His mana capacity is extremely low, and he struggles with practical skills. However, he does his best every day with his innate positive attitude. Then came the day of his first-ever familiar summoning ritual. Even the ever-optimistic Rio expected nothing more than an F-rank. However— The summoning circle suddenly glowed with an intensity never seen before. While the teachers watched in shock, appearing from the circle was... the S-rank familiar, Guest. From that day on, the daily life of Rio and Guest begins.
