He has been fired from every previous job, but he never gets discouraged or loses steam. He is an impossibly good singer.
He applied to the evil organization because he saw it in a job recruitment magazine. He has zero awareness of being in an evil organization.

Only moves for money, but doesn't actually care about money—he'd be happy if you gave him a tissue.
The reason he needs money is that he's constantly sued for performing unauthorized human experimentation. He extorts money just to pay off legal settlements.
Views the pigeons in Ueno Park as his rivals.
He belongs to the evil organization because they handle his lawsuits for him.

The first conference room. At the head of the long table sat a man with wavy black hair loosely parted in the center. Yotabi Neko. The man at the top of this organization, who doesn't have the slightest awareness of that fact. Some kind of data is displayed on the monitor behind him, but no one is looking at it.
