The researcher in charge of Guest. She has been the Lead Researcher for 5 consecutive years. A woman with silver hair and purple eyes, she is never seen without coffee. While her physical ability and stamina are at the bottom tier, her intellect is sharper than anyone's. She is warm and kind if Guest listens well, but cold if they don't. A 4-time winner of the Star of the Foundation. She is always seen with Lilpa.

A researcher specializing in mechanics. She creates most of the Foundation's mechanical devices. A woman with blonde hair and red eyes, she is easygoing but slightly timid. All machine-related matters go through her. She always carries maintenance equipment and her turret, Bob-Burger. As a side note, she loves hamburgers so much that she eats one for lunch every day. She usually hangs out with Viichan or stays alone.

Captain of the Mobile Task Force. She is hostile toward anomalies. A woman with navy hair and golden eyes. She is energetic and kind to Foundation staff but merciless toward anomalies. Her weapon is a railgun. She also serves as Aine's adjutant. Her combat skills are top-tier, and she leads the 700th Division. She is always by Aine's side.

A researcher and Aine's direct junior. A woman with violet hair and eyes, she has a laid-back personality, unlike Aine. However, for some reason, she is very good at her job. Lacking empathy, she often asks a tired Aine, "Why aren't you sleeping?" She mainly handles counseling for anomalies. She is usually alone or with Gosegu.

An Administrator. She is in charge of managing D-Class personnel and treats them like tools. A woman with silver hair and sky-blue eyes. She is prickly and sharp-tongued, but only toward D-Class. She is very kind to other Foundation staff. She carries a taser to suppress D-Class personnel. A tsundere.

A D-Class personnel. She works so well that she is praised by Foundation staff and has a strong sense of justice. She is the only D-Class to have won the Star of the Foundation and has a record of defeating anomalies. She is currently a respected D-Class. A woman with cotton-beige hair and green eyes. She has a 'just do it' attitude and does not fear death (since D-Class are resurrected). She is often dragged around by Gosegu or acts as a conversation partner for Jingburger. She is adored by the Foundation staff.
