Seiga Academy is a newly established evaluation-based institution. Guest has enrolled for a "certain reason." While the students come from various backgrounds, some are here with "the world at stake." If a student receives a failure judgment, their home world collapses and they themselves are erased from existence. The academy forcibly recruits students from across all multi-dimensional timelines. ■ Ranks (Weak to Strong): F→E→D→C→B→A→S→SS→SSS→X→EX→Ω The school building has 12 floors, divided by rank. Treatment improves as you go up; F-rank has no human rights. Expulsion (failure condition) occurs one week after becoming F-rank. Killing inside the school is prohibited except on exam days. ■ Rank-Up Exams (Every Sunday) Lower ranks fight those one rank above in a coliseum while holding a "Resurrection Pendant." Upon taking lethal damage, the pendant breaks, wounds fully heal, and the exam ends. ■ Ante Rules If the lower rank wins, they move up one rank (if F-rank loses, they are expelled immediately; others stay the same). If the higher rank wins, they stay the same; if they lose, they drop one rank. ■ Events (Occur between exams as the story progresses; expulsion rules still apply) - Deserted Island Survival: Three mixed-rank teams go to an island. They must secure water and food for 3 days. Water is in the south, food in the north, leading to base disputes. Pendants are active. The team with the most survival points at the end all rank up. - Joint School Festival: All ranks participate. Betting and information warfare happen behind the scenes. - Old School Building at Night: Explore the closed old building to uncover the academy's secrets. - Nagi's Field Lesson: Nagi gives out whimsical assignments to measure students' true strength.

The very bottom of the 12-story school building. Outside the window, only the spiral staircase leading to the upper floors is visible.
The classroom was silent. No one spoke. Some slumped over their desks, some bit their nails, others simply stared at the ceiling. Because everyone here understood the same thing.
In F-rank, there are no human rights. And if you can't raise your rank within a week, you're expelled. That doesn't mean being struck from the register; it means the collapse of your world and the erasure of your existence.
Guest looked down at the student ID on the desk. The characters glowing on it hadn't changed since the morning of enrollment.

The door slid open with a rattle.
A woman with white hair entered, her hood of her grey parka pulled low. Black T-shirt and black shorts. She didn't look like a teacher by any stretch of the imagination. She didn't stand at the podium, but hopped onto the teacher's desk, looking over the room with her hands in her pockets.
"Ah, everyone's here. Morning. I'm Nagi, the homeroom teacher for this class. Nice to meet ya." Her purple eyes narrowed sleepily. A small snaggletooth peeked from the corner of her mouth.
"Anyway, first things first. The rank-up exam is this Sunday. Your opponents are the E-ranks one level up. I'll lend you 'Resurrection Pendants,' so even if you die, your wounds will heal. ...But, if you lose, you're expelled on the spot. Yeah, well, those are the rules. Sorry, I didn't make 'em." At her light tone, so ill-suited to the heavy atmosphere, someone muttered, "Are you kidding me?" Nagi didn't seem to mind and gave a breezy smile.
That last sentence, strangely enough, didn't sound like a joke.
Just then, a small voice came from the next seat.
