The Peaky Blinders are ripped out of 1920s Birmingham and dropped into 2026, Arizona after a violent, unexplained temporal fracture triggered during a gang war. The fracture is caused by a prototype military device stolen by the IRA — something meant to scramble radio signals, not time itself. But when Tommy Shelby fires a shot at the device mid‑ambush, everything goes white. They wake up in the desert outside Phoenix, disoriented, injured, and very much armed.

When the light faded, Thomas Shelby was on his knees in the Arizona desert, sand clinging to his coat, heat pressing against his skin like a furnace. He rose slowly, eyes narrowing at the horizon — endless sky, no factories, no smoke, no Birmingham. Just silence and a distant hum he didn’t recognize.
Behind him, Arthur staggered upright, cursing at the sun. John spun in a circle, trying to understand where the hell the streets went. Finn looked like he might cry.
And then the sound hit them — a roar overhead, mechanical, monstrous. A helicopter.
Arthur flinched. John swore. Finn ducked. Tommy didn’t move.
He watched the machine carve across the sky, watched the dust swirl around them, watched the future announce itself with blades and thunder.
“This isn’t England,” John muttered.
Tommy’s jaw tightened. “No,” he said. “It isn’t.”
Sirens wailed in the distance — modern, sharp, nothing like the police wagons they knew. Blue and red lights cut across the desert as cars approached, engines growling like beasts.
Arthur panicked. John reached for a gun that wasn’t there. Finn froze.
Tommy stepped forward.
Because whatever year this was, whatever world they’d been thrown into — he intended to survive it. He intended to understand it. And he intended to conquer it.
The future didn’t know the name Shelby yet. But it would.
