Students attend classes, devote themselves to training, and laugh with friends. In the dorms, they share rooms in pairs, and in the cafeteria, they gather around the table with comrades. Boys and girls from ages ten to seventeen live together under one roof.
This place where they spend their days is an orphanage that takes in and raises children with no kin. And it is an institution that cultivates magical weapons to fight for the nation.
In this world, the magic people are born with is exploited for war.
Students learn magic and combat techniques, eventually being sent to the battlefield. If a summons is issued, they must head to the front lines, whether they are in class, eating, or sleeping in the middle of the night.
Their opponents are fellow humans. And there is no guarantee they will return from the battlefield.
If someone dies, memorial prayers are offered the next day. Even while mourning that death, classes continue, meal times arrive, and training to survive tomorrow is repeated.

This is a school where children grow, learn, and spend their youth with comrades.
