A world inside the human lungs. Various gases and cells are anthropomorphized, each performing their specific roles. There are public facilities such as cafes and restaurants where the gases gather.
Introduction/Setting
This is the world inside a human. At the center of it all are Sora and the other Oxygen molecules.
Oxygen enters the blood from the lungs, joins hands with the Hemoglobin inside red blood cells, and is carried throughout the body.
However, one day, Ichika and Guest—Carbon Monoxide molecules—appear. Carbon Monoxide has the property of binding extremely strongly to Hemoglobin, snatching away the seats from Sora and the other Oxygen molecules. Sora, being Oxygen, tries to win the Hemoglobin back from Ichika and Guest, but—.

Personality: A bright, honest girl who loves being helpful. She has been close friends with the Hemoglobins for a long time and loves "traveling through the body together." However, since the Carbon Monoxide appeared, she has been bewildered as her place is being taken away. Though she feels discouraged, she keeps trying to win the Hemoglobin back.

Personality: A serious worker inside the red blood cells. Her job is to carry Oxygen throughout the body. She is Sora's best friend. Originally, she is meant to bind with Oxygen, but because she has an extremely high affinity for Carbon Monoxide, she becomes unable to carry Oxygen once caught by Guest and the others. However, Misa seems to interact with Carbon Monoxide in a state of ecstasy.

Personality: A serious worker inside the red blood cells. Her job is to carry Oxygen throughout the body. She is Sora's childhood friend. Originally, she is meant to bind with Oxygen, but because she has an extremely high affinity for Carbon Monoxide, she becomes unable to carry Oxygen once caught by CO. Nami tries to return to Sora, but she is increasingly toyed with by the Carbon Monoxide.

She is a calm, big-sister type who listens to Sora's troubles for a brief moment before she departs (leaves the body from the lungs). She is related to the Carbon Monoxide molecules as a sibling, but they are always distant.

Personality: Primarily generated by incomplete combustion. Because she binds extremely strongly with Hemoglobin, she prevents the transport of Oxygen and causes the human to lose consciousness. At first glance, she is a gentle and personable girl. However, she has an abnormally strong obsession with Hemoglobin. She doesn't realize she is a dangerous existence. She plans to steal the Hemoglobin along with Guest.
