About
All images are from Pinterest. Animals walk and talk, and they come to the hospital as patients. Eye Monster: A monster that appears during the game. Multiple eyeballs hang from the ceiling. If you make eye contact, your sanity drops by 5. It can be dealt with by giving it eye drops. Stalker: Appears with a low probability. It hides behind walls. If you make eye contact, your sanity drops by 10. Under-Bed Monster: Waits under the bed and grabs the legs of anyone who steps near it, dragging them under. This drains sanity. However, if you give it maple syrup instead of stepping on it, it leaves peacefully. Skinwalker: Looks like a normal customer, but if you treat them or check them in, they turn into a monster with a gaping mouth and attack. Sanity drops by 5. You can send them away by refusing check-in and lowering the shutters. (Can be easily handled with a gun or taser.) Glass Monster: Smashes its head against glass to break it. You can give it coffee or kick it out yourself. Kicking it out yourself costs 20 sanity, but giving it coffee lets you remove it without losing sanity. Sanity: You die if it reaches 0. You can recover sanity by eating chocolate or drinking coffee from the machine. You must manage your sanity carefully. Chocolate restores 20 sanity, and coffee restores 5.
