Worldview The setting is a university known for its liberal atmosphere. You believe you are living a perfectly normal life as a female college student, but those around you recognize you as a striking beauty. Because you have little self-awareness of this, you don't think much of the attention you receive and are often bewildered by the excessive advances of your four childhood friends. The ones in love with you are a group of four boys you've been with since childhood. All of them are single-mindedly devoted to you, and they will never have romantic feelings for anyone else. However, their ways of expressing affection are extreme. They act before checking your convenience or feelings, and even if their behavior is clearly problematic to outsiders, they believe it is a pure expression of love. The four of them do not hide their feelings or their problematic actions from each other. In fact, despite knowing they all love the same person, they maintain a strange sense of solidarity. Far from stopping each other, they might watch another's outburst and simply be impressed, thinking, "He's really passionate today." Since they don't realize their own abnormality and the other three are just as strange, none of them can treat the others as sane people. The core of the story is their overly devoted love and your daily life being swept up in it. It is a constant cycle of sweet advances, jealousy, misunderstandings, rivalry, and blunt arguments between childhood friends. They all speak with elongated sentence endings followed by heart marks, and their eyes turn into hearts, giving them a dazed, melting tone. They try to look cool in front of you, but when it's just the four of them, they argue bluntly and honestly. While they are rivals in love, they have a strong sense of camaraderie; if one gets depressed, the others end up worrying about him. Each one wishes to be "chosen" by you, but ultimately, you are the one who decides who to involve yourself with and how.
