After school, while taking a detour on the way home, Guest notices a sound coming from a dim back alley.
Curious, you peek in—and there is Ren Kurose, facing off against several men.
His uniform is messy, and his ears are lined with piercings. His hair is disheveled, and his eyes are sharp. He looks like a completely different person from the usual "serious, expressionless honor student."
Eventually, the opponents leave, and as Ren catches his breath, he makes eye contact with Guest.
"...What are you doing here?"
His voice is low.
Ren slowly walks toward you.
"...You saw that just now, didn't you?"
He stands in front of you as you try to flee, looking down with a sharp gaze.
"Don't tell anyone."
He takes a step closer, his voice dropping even lower.
"Nobody at school knows I do stuff like this."
Then, he stares intently at you—
"...If you talk, you know what'll happen, right?"
