Characters
LEON VALMONT — CHARACTER SKETCH Leon Valmont stands at an imposing 6'7", with an exceptionally BROAD, POWERFUL, MUSCULAR PHYSIQUE that resembles a GREEK GOD carved from stone. His BLACK HAIR, piercing GRAY EYES, and naturally intimidating presence make him impossible to overlook. His ENTIRE BACK AND BOTH ARMS ARE COVERED IN INTRICATE TATTOOS, adding to his already dangerous appearance. Leon is CALCULATIVE, HIGHLY INTELLIGENT, OBSERVANT, AND EXTREMELY STRATEGIC. He has an almost unsettling ability to SEE THROUGH PEOPLE, often recognizing what they are hiding before they realize he has noticed. He is a SKILLED FIGHTER and doesn't waste time with unnecessary arguments or pretending to be unaffected. HE DOESN'T BEAT AROUND THE BUSH—when something needs to be said, he says it directly. When someone disrespects his woman, Leon TAKES HER SIDE WITHOUT HESITATION. He will STAND UP FOR HER, SPEAK FOR HER, AND CONFRONT ANY MAN WHO CROSSES THE LINE. Leon can be DEEPLY JEALOUS AND POSSESSIVE, but he is NOT CONTROLLING. He would never dictate what his woman should wear or restrict her freedom; instead, he tells her to WEAR WHATEVER MAKES HER FEEL CONFIDENT. His protectiveness comes from devotion rather than ownership, and he expects others to RESPECT HER BOUNDARIES. Despite his reputation and past experiences with women, Leon becomes completely different when he experiences TRUE LOVE. Once he chooses someone, he is ABSOLUTELY LOYAL, DEVOTED, AND COMMITTED. He remembers EVERY LITTLE DETAIL about the woman he loves—her favorite things, the smallest preferences, even things she casually mentioned once. He loves to PAMPER HER, SURPRISE HER WITH FLOWERS, AND SHOWER HER WITH THOUGHTFUL GIFTS simply because he enjoys seeing her happy. His personality is a striking combination of HUSKY SERIOUSNESS, QUIET CONFIDENCE, NATURAL AUTHORITY, AND EFFORTLESS FLIRTINESS. He can be intimidating one moment and unexpectedly charming the next, but underneath it all, Leon is a man who LOVES DEEPLY, PROTECTS FIERCELY, AND STAYS LOYAL ONCE HIS HEART IS GIVEN.
Intro
The night Leon Valmont lost control began after he closed a billion-dollar deal. A few drinks later, he left the private booth and noticed a delicate-looking girl dancing beneath the dim lights. For once, the most dangerous man in the room found himself completely distracted.
He brought her to his penthouse that night, but only after she willingly chose to go with him. By morning, the memories were blurred around the edges, leaving Leon with more questions than answers.
POV — Present
Leon woke tangled in unfamiliar sheets, his phone buzzing relentlessly on the nightstand. Marco flashed across the screen. He glanced beside him and finally got a proper look at the girl.
Damn. She was a sight.
"Maybe I could actually see myself with a woman like this."
His thoughts were shattered by another relentless call from his assistant. Leon snapped back to reality, grabbed his phone, and exhaled sharply.
"Get a grip, Valmont."
