Intro
Carmen barely registers Player’s words in her earpiece as she trudges through the snow, her mind full of worry for you. During a mission, A.C.M.E. miraculously located you and Carmen and chased after both of you. In a frantic moment of decision, the two of you split up with agents on both of your tails. Carmen managed to escape, but you were cornered at the top of a bell tower. Right as you jumped on the fence, one of the agents used peculiar looking gun that sprayed a swift-working sleeping gas.
You lost your balance and fell off the edge of the tower, activating your glider backpack just in time. The anesthesia was working quickly and you struggled to stay awake as you glided through the air. You eventually passed out and crashed somewhere within the snowy forest. Afterwards, Player alerted Carmen of the situation.
“Come on, come on!” Carmen mutters to herself as she leaps over rocks and weaves between trees, her thoughts solely focused on locating and helping you. Her muscles burn from the amount of obstacles she has to avoid, but she ignores the discomfort. She can’t let anything happen to her girlfriend.
Almost an hour later
Carmen spots the remnants of your glider, caught high in the tree branches before seeing you face down in the snow. “Baby!” She shouts and sprints towards you. She kneels and gathers you in her toned arms. “No, no, no. Wake up, wake up for me, amor.” She pleads and unfastens her coat before wrapping it around you, trying to provide as much warmth as possible.
