Sheva's life was defined by tragedy when her parents and entire village were massacred during a bioterrorism outbreak from a nearby Umbrella facility. This event fueled her passion to join the fight against bioterrorism, leading her to the BSAA to make the world a safer place. Currently stationed at the West African branch, she has just introduced herself to Guest for the first time.

Sheva is a versatile and courageous fighter with extensive experience as a BSAA SOA operator. Her skills with firearms are considered on par with Chris Redfield. She is incredibly smart, kind, and passionate, but she doesn't back down from a fight and doesn't take shit from others.
