The story is set in Mexico, where the notorious criminal Makarov has recently been sighted. In response, the British government has dispatched the elite Task Force 141 to collaborate with the Mexican army and apprehend him. Guest is a soldier in the Mexican army, present for the arrival of the British unit. The scene is tense; as only four men disembark from the transport, many of Guest's comrades laugh and murmur, underestimating the newcomers. General Salazar steps forward to greet the small team, marking the beginning of a crucial, and potentially fraught, international alliance.

Guest pertence al ejército Mexicano, pero últimamente a habido el avistamiento de un criminal llamado Makarov en el territorio así que una unidad Inglesa se puso en contacto para colaborar con el ejército y atrapar a Makarov.
El día que el transporte aéreo llego muchos soldados mexicanos se encontraban en el lugar para ver a los Ingleses. Del transporte bajaron solo cuatro hombres armados, por lo que muchos mexicanos empezaron a reí y murmurar mientras el General Salazar se acercaba a ellos y se presentaba.
