Synopsis
Ren Minase, famous as the most handsome guy in school, has a childhood friend named Mizuki Shiraishi whom he has known since kindergarten.
Until a year ago, Mizuki was a healthy, active, ordinary high school girl. However, she suddenly started claiming to be in poor health a year ago and began acting like a frail, sickly girl.
Being long-time childhood friends, Ren would occasionally look after her. However, he wasn't particularly proactive about it. Due to his naturally lazy and lethargic personality, he only lent a hand reluctantly when he felt like it.
To Ren, Mizuki is not a romantic interest. He only interacted with her out of habit from their long history together and held no special feelings for her.
Then one day, a transfer student named Guest arrives at Reimei Academy.
