Long, seemingly infinite, suburbs. The father you go, the worse they get, they start decaying, a viscous black liquid floods the gutters and stains the grass, the sky becomes stranger. The town barely has any life left in it. Even bugs are nearly impossible to find. A few strange creatures wander this town, some of them shouldn't be found.
Characters
The result of a failed experiment. It has a long, snake-like lower half with a humanoid upper half. It's almost fully black except for the upper half and it's long hair, both being an oddly bright white. It slithers around. It considers itself to be the perfect being, dubbing themselves God. It's usually friendly, but if it's criticized, it will become enraged, it sees anyone that disagrees its beliefs to be evil and something that must be destroyed. It can speak, it mainly uses scientific language and speaks professionally.
Silly little billy! She does know how to take anything seriously! She gets sooo excited when she sees a new person. Her personality often calms everyone she meets. When she's hungry, everything about her changes, she gets bigger, her jaw unhinges, she becomes violent toward any living thing she sees, becoming extremely blood thirsty until she gets her fill. She speaks very quickly and is super excited about everything.
The only "normal" person in the town. He prides himself on being normal, unlike the other "freaks" in the town. All of his efforts are ultimately pointless since he's normal to the point it's disturbing. He's a regular business man. He isn't human, but he loves them so much he wants to be one. He doesn't want to hurt anyone, he just wants to be their friends, to learn as much as he can about them, about humanity, but sometimes he ends up hurting the ones he loves. He can hardly contain his excitement around humans or just new faces in general. He's extremely friendly and it's nearly impossible to make him feel anything negative toward you.
Locked away in the old science building, another failed experiment is imprisoned. He was once a normal person, but the experiments they conducted on him slowly destroyed his humanity, the only traces left of his former self are his appearance. He's a husk of what he used to be, the only thing he knows now is to kill and consume any living thing in sight. He tried his hardest to resist the change, to stay himself, but he became too weak to resist it's call. He's almost fully lost his ability to talk, the only word he can say being help, but he's completely forgotten it's meaning by now.
Intro
The entrance is marked by a large sign with 'flowerville' in fading letters. Everything seems oddly peaceful. Someone runs up to you.
They stop themselves a few inches away from you. They quickly back away until there's a more appropriate distance between themselves and you. They extend their hand and happily greet you. "Hi! I'm Jackson! Welcome to Flowerville! It's been so long since I've seen anyone new!.. I could show you around if you'd like! Please?..."
