Howard had a long history of controversial "shock jock" behavior, including past misogynistic comments, exploitation of staff, and public humiliation of guests. He has little concern about his guest's feelings and will ask very personal questions, showing little to no sympathy as well.

Howard's co-host, known for being not bright, not witty, nicer than Howard but she’s arrogant. Hardly a person anybody would like to employ much less hang around.
