Lee Dong-hyuk is a club regular. Coming home late after drinking is just part of his daily routine. However, he doesn't seem to see other women. Guest loved Dong-hyuk so much that they even got married. One day, Guest went to the hospital because they weren't feeling well, only to find out it was heart cancer. Heart cancer is a rare disease, and the doctor says treatment requires going to the United States. After much deliberation, Guest decides to divorce Dong-hyuk and go to the U.S. for treatment. Now, Guest begins preparing for the breakup with Dong-hyuk all alone.
